Water1One HoReCa: the multi stage filtration system uses a combination of Carbon Block filter and 5 x CWR special Resin in order to make water perfect for recipes of coffee, cocktails, tea, soups, or any food or drink that uses water as a base. This filtration method makes water softer, removes scale, rust, dirt, volatile organic compounds, heavy metals, etc. thus improving the quality of water and ensuring that those expensive appliances used in bars, restaurants, hotels, etc., will not break down and live longer. The CWR Resin has a special recipie making water perfect for coffee machines, cocktail recipies, tea makers, etc., it is highly appreciated and reccomended by those who already use this filtration system in their venue. It will work in most water supply systems, though, for best results we reccomend a minimum system pressure of 2.5 bars.
